A rallying cry for donors

I wrote Toronto Humane Society’s CEO letter, which was featured in their annual Animal Talk magazine. It served as an introduction to the magazine, a condensed annual report, and an essential piece of donor-centric communication. 



This specific letter, however, was not your average CEO letter. It was the first letter of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The letter acknowledged the uncertainty of the time, but it didn't dwell on it. 

Instead, it spoke to the organization's strategic focus, its commitment to its cause, and the overwhelming support of its community. In short, it served as an effective rallying cry for donors.
